Recovery Pilates
Recovery pilates is a pilates-based physiotherapy exercise. We train the entire body, improve posture, strength and flexibility while paying extra attention to the injured or problematic area. Treatments are always personalized and begin with a detailed examination. In the beginning, we strive to relieve pain, so physiotherapy techniques typically make up the majority of the treatment on the first occasions. As the complaints subside, the strengthening and flexibility pilates exercises will gain more and more space, until finally you can return to your previous training or join one of the pilates groups, where the long-term maintenance of a pain-free state is the goal. Recovery pilates is recommended for those who do not yet feel ready to attend a group pilates class due to some musculoskeletal problem, or who cannot participate in their usual training due to acute pain.

Group session with reformer machines, adapted to you. Small group classes with good atmosphere are guaranteed to be a challenge. In addition to the ground exercises, all the participants will perform the exercises on the reformer machines. Pilates machines work with different strengths of spring resistance, which makes it possible to make certain exercises harder or easier.
